Allergy Alert Test Policy

At Wendy Stevens Salisbury, your safety is our top priority. To ensure all colour services are carried out safely and in line with industry best practice, we require an Allergy Alert Test before your appointment.

Important Information

• An Allergy Alert Test must be completed at least 48 hours before any colour service. This allows us to confirm that you do not have an adverse reaction to the colour products used in the salon.

• Clients must be 16 years or over to receive any colour service or Allergy Alert Test. Proof of age may be required.

•Allergy Alert Tests are quick, free of charge, and must be carried out in person at the salon.

•If you have had any changes to your medical history, medications, or tattoos since your last visit, you may require a new test.

Failure to complete your Allergy Alert Test within the required timeframe may result in your colour appointment being rescheduled.
