- Basic salary aligned to your level of experience
- Structured commission on top — so your income grows with your performance
- On-target earnings of £27,000 – £40,000+ depending on experience and results
- Automatic pay progression built into our system — you’ll never need to ask for a raise

How does the pay structure work?
We operate a professional, structured pay model designed to reward both experience and performance.
You will receive:
- A basic salary aligned to your level of experience and role
- Commission on top, based on performance
- Built-in progression — as your numbers grow, your income grows
This gives you the security of a guaranteed income, alongside the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through results.
On-target earnings range from £27,000 to £40,000+, depending on experience, client base and performance.

What are the working hours?
We operate:
Monday & Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
There are no late evenings.
We believe in professional standards and work/life balance.
