At Wendy Stevens Salisbury we aim to guarantee customer satisfaction, but in circumstances where you do not feel this has been achieved, we encourage you to let us know and we will always strive to correct the service.

All feedback will be used to develop and maintain our services and will received with gratitude. Delaying a complaint will seriously affect our ability to investigate and rectify, we kindly request that if you are not 100% satisfied with your service, for any reason, please inform us either via email, telephone or in person within 7 days of the initial service.
