Our stylists are categorised according to their level of seniority. This is achieved via a regular programme of training and testing and is reflected in our pricing structure.

For all new guests we request a skin allergy test, 48 hours before your appointment.
Vish is a digital hair colour management system that for the first time ever, reduces colour waste and captures all measurements for colour services. This eliminates the need for manual notes which can be lost or forgotten and helps with the accuracy of colour application.
VISH also helps us to control colour pricing. Each colour service has a standard amount of colour that is allocated, if that amount of colour is exceeded, the system accurately calculates the extra colour charge, based on what has actually been used and the cost price of the colour. This helps us to keep our colour service prices competitive. Since using VISH our colour waste has now reduced to below 10%.
