Our new Kérastase K-Scan is an advanced smart camera that gives you a deeper understanding of your hair and scalp. Using three types of light (UV, white LED, and cross-polarised) plus AI analysis trained on 12,000+ images, it reveals what the eye can’t see — from dryness, dandruff and buildup to sensitivity and scalp health.
You’ll see microscopic before-and-after photos on screen, helping you clearly understand your hair’s needs and the results of your treatments. Your stylist then tailors precise in-salon treatments and personalised at-home routines based on your scan.

Not at all — the camera simply touches the scalp lightly. It’s quick and completely painless.
We recommend coming with clean, dry hair and avoiding heavy oils or products that may affect the visibility of the scalp.
